'crapwest' gave me a good laugh!
Otherwise I must agree with Steve King that this of the online banking
(and that here in Leeds there are not as many branches as in the south)
is one of the very few reasons I have to complain.
For the rest it has been reasonably OK, I have been a
reasonably satisfied customer for 12 years.
