Hmmm... don't get me started on the Halifax. I've been to the finacial
services ombudsman with them twice now, both times over major screwups.
Won both times, obviously. Every time I have anything to do with them
they seem to mess up. They currently have "lost" some money I put their
way to pay an extra bit of the mortgage off. Here we go again.
