Birds. My router is hawk. My firewall is eagle (yes I have firewalling
on the router too.) My other machines are variously blackbird, parrot,
and sparrow. DHCP offers wren and bluetit (I think).

Because it's got more scope than limited naming schemes like
winnie-the-pooh, startrek, or that ring saga thingy (!), and I could
remember enough names without needing to look them up.
