I recently bought a USR 9106:

Has been simple to use and set up, performs fine, has 4 RJ45 ports as
well as 802.11g/b. Very flexible setup too if you need a more advanced
config
I set up a similar Belkin device for my dad:

Same ports etc, not quite as many config options as the USR model, but
plenty for most users I would think.
