OK - so tell me how I can connect boxes to the switch, in another part of the
house? I'm not being awkward - I really don't know how else I could do it.
I should perhaps say that since part of the property is around 400 years old
and it has grown like topsy over the intervening years everything is much
more difficult than in modern houses. Roof levels differ enormously, so that
isn't a route, and the floors stand on solid earth, so there's no way there
either.
