I have to echo Gareths comments here. Steer well clear of PipeMedia,
PipeCall, Business Serve or Legend. I worked for them up until about 6 weeks
ago [I didn't think twice when voluntary redundancy was on the table]. Well
funded they aren't - they've laid off nearly all their sales staff [rather
than run out of money by the end of the year] and are basically in a holding
pattern. The VoIP service, in all fairness to the orignal Pipe Media staff,
is probably the best of the services they offer - but it's gone downhill
along with the rest of the business over the last year due to mismanagement
and shoddy support.
I've used VoIP talk previously and can second that recommendation - they've
always been reliable. I've just signed up for PlusNet broadband, so I'll
probably subscribe to their new service and see how that works out.
