I see a LUG has having different aims, one of which may be to help local
schools or whatever, but another is to bring people together - to foster
a community.  We of course need to figure out how to work towards our
goals without them trampling on each other, but I think to try achieve
them all in everything we do won't work out so well.

Hopefully my previous post explaining the planet system will make this
seem like a better idea.  It's really not meant to be a way to hold
discussions, just keep in touch.  It's just meant to be a tiny part of
the WYLUG 'ecosystem'.
