TBH I don't really care about seeing the speaker. The most important things
to capture are the projector output and the audio. I've seen way to many
recorded presentations where you get a great view of the presenters t-shirt,
but the sound is abysmal (like listening to someown from the other side of a
swimming pool), and can only see the bottom half of the slides.

A bit of speaker education works wonders here. It's standard practice for the
speaker to repeat the question for the benefit of the audience. Not so much
of an issue ay WyLUG, but at most conferences the speaker is the only one
with a mic, so half the audience can't hear the questions either.
