Hi.

Sorry it's short notice but I've been on a bit of a grand tour this last
week :-)

I'm going to be demonstrating the new Hyperactive CMS at the tech
skillshare this Sunday.

The skillshare will take place at the Commonplace in Leeds from about
10-30am with the morning session being for beginners and people who need
advice and help with any computer issues. We also offer to help install
Linux for anyone who wishes to bring their computer along and provide a
plethora of friendly geeks to answer any questions anyone may have, no
matter how basic, and give computer security advice.

- - From about 1-30 onwards I will be demonstrating Hyperactive which we may
be using to replace Mir as the new face of Leeds/Bradford Indymedia
(insert new collective name here...), subject to consensus, as well as
giving a brief rundown on developing with Ruby on Rails and Git.

Fun fun fun! We'll also be basking in our newfound fame after being
featured in Linux Format magazine last month!

Hope to see as many of you there on Sunday as possible! If anyone can't
make it but would still like to see Hyperactive before a decision is
made, please feel free to mail the imc-leeds at lists.indymedia.org before
sunday and I'll try my best to sort something out.
