Good idea! I'm not sure if Leeds has had one before, but Manchester
had one with BBC Backstage support earlier, and Hull LUG had one too.

No idea what goes into hosting a party. Perhaps there's some nice
unsettling Microsoft style "how to host a party" videos online
somewhere.
