I'm running my print server downstairs in the kitchen on Ubuntu 10.10.  
HP Photosmart and Brother DCP350-C printers plugged into it shared out 
over the network.  Works for me.  This machine also does web pages 
when I want a recipe to cook something.   The upgrade should work for 
you.  I'm not suggesting you do it though.  I mean, the pub is open 
isn't it ?
