For media players etc I can see the need for memory, but for a large number 
of uses it's more than enough. So far, running without any graphics I've 
barely gone above 50M (not including cache etc) ram use. That includes some 
smallish program C compilations. Not compiled the kernel yet :-)

Yes, that aspect made me wonder. Not done any tests yet.

I've found problems after a reboot - often doesn't, you have to pull the 
plug for a while and repower. Lots 'n lots of syslog entries about problems 
with the SD card interface.
