When it receives a connection on the FTP port, the inetd will
attempt to pass this to the appropriate service, listed in the 
/etc/inetd.conf file. This is currently /usr/sbin/in.ftpd. 
It appears as though you have not installed the FTP daemon which 
will provide the in.ftpd binary. For 6.2, the required RPM is: 
wu-ftpd-2.6.0-3.i386.rpm. Simply rpm -ivh wu-ftpd-2.6.0-3.i386.rpm 
should sort it. You can obtain this file from the RedHat CD, or a 
RedHat FTP mirror site.
