[Wylug-help] Problem changing mysql user quota

For some reason the mysql user quota on one of our servers has been set to
about 20Mb.  I need to change this, but for some reason the edquota program
is not updating the settings.

tried running /usr/sbin/edquota mysql

then modifying the temporary file, saving it, exiting - but no change the
number of blocks for this user.

Has anyone any ideas?
