Hi, I'm hoping someone out there can help me with a problem I've been
having.. I've looked all over the net, but can't seem to find an answer
to my problem.
My setup is Suse 8.2 pro and I'm using Opera 6.03.

The problem is that I can't seem to get java working in Opera. There's
one site that uses it, and it's the only reason that I still go into
Windoze, and I really don't wanna have to be doing that!

I've tried various plugins (Netscape4 plugin, netscape 7 plugin) and
downloaded plugger.so, but it still won't work.I've also tried the
'symbolic link' to the java plugin, as detailed on the opera site, but
it still didn't work.

Mozilla Firebird can get java working, but the layout of the page is all
wrong, and I don't know how to correct it. It's also a lot slower than
opera, and to be honest, I'd prefer to use Opera.

I did try downloading the newest beta which is supposed to work with
Suse 8.2 (the latest stable version has a conflict in Suse), but it
wouldn't even run!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

Dawn
