IMPORTANT
If you have an LG cd-r or cd-rw you MUST go to LG's website and check
whether you need a firmware upgrade, BEFORE installing Mdk 9.2.  Some
LG drives have firmware that includes a non-standard call.  If you
have one of those drives and do not first install the firmware
upgrade from LG it will be trashed.

You should use Mandrake Update immediately after installation to
collect security fixes.  Be aware that the update will be a big
download.

To set up sources for further software, go to
http://www.urpmi.org/easyurpmi/ .  RedHat rpms do not install on a
Mandrake system.
