[Wylug-help] qmail-auth-tls on Debian

Does anyone have this running? If so, could you tell me how? All the
instructions I can find are in German,
(http://www.cargal.org/downloads/HOW-TO/debianqmail/debianqmail.html)
and Google translation coupled with my 'B'-grade GCSE from a decade ago
seems oddly imprecise ;-).

I keep getting failures on the patching process:

Hunk #2 FAILED at 1536.
Hunk #3 succeeded at 2116 (offset 4 lines).
Hunk #4 succeeded at 2151 (offset 4 lines).
1 out of 4 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file qmail-1.03/Makefile.rej
