I've been with mailbox.co.uk for over 2 years and am delighted with them.
They're not the cheapest, but they don't have ridiculous upload/download
restrictions.  Their tech support is not often needed, but they talk to you
like an intelligent human, not an idiot that couldn't possibly understand.
*And* they are as happy with linux as with windows.

IIRC this is a 512MB service, but that's more than fast enough for the lan.
Multiple IPs are available on request - as far as I know, at no extra cost.
