They provide a static IP address, don't cap data transfer, and have
products at various speeds, and are cheap: my bill for last month was
only £12.

The billing is quite complicated, and if you transfer a lot of data they
may not be as cheap as other suppliers, but the max price is capped
(only the price, not the usage).  But one of the advantages is if you go
on holiday or whatever you aren't paying much for having a connection
not doing anything.
