[Wylug-help] IRQ10 problem + sound

Hi folks.

Me again.

I'm still having a couple of (possibly related) problems with my Sony 
Vaio PCG-GRT996VP laptop.

Firstly, when I log into a KDE session, I always a kwrite window pop up 
complaining about unexpected activity on IRQ10.  I've also found the 
following in /var/log/messages.  

Also, I still don't have sound working properly.  I get audio out, but 
there's a severe stutter on it. I think this sounds like an IRQ 
problem, so is it possible they're connected?
