[Wylug-help] Where are ifconfig, route etc under FC4?

By the way this isn't a recent change - ifconfig and route have been
in /sbin for as long as I can remember - certainly going back to RH4 or
so.

The official way to fiddle with networky stuff on RH (since around RH7)
has been the ip command - from the iproute2 package, also found in /sbin
