Sorry.  I really wasn't trying to bash any distro (inanely or
otherwise), honest.

I'd like to explain why I a reference to distro-specific policies might
be [wylug-]helful, but that would involve [wylug-]discussing, the
matter, so I'll reserve my comments for another time and place.
