As a starting point...

Exim + Exiscan + Spamassassin + Sophie

As Nigel Metheringhon will no doubt add - exiscan is integrated into exim
and available from http://www.exim.org.

SpamAssassin and McAfee, see

As exiscan intergrates well with sophos, you almost certainly don't need
our homebrew scanner daemon.
