You could try deleting ghostview with
dpkg --remove ghostview
and running apt-get dist-upgrade again.
I have no idea why ghostview would have a claim on /usr/X11R6/bin but
Debian is moving to XOrg v7 and the packages are now going into
/usr rather the /usr/X11R6. This may be a side effect.
