[Wylug-help] Compose key sequences

I've got a compose key defined as Right-ALT, and it works wonderfully. I can
enter all sorts of wild and wacky characters, with key sequences such as
Right-ALT !! (which results in a Spanish "start exclamation" character,
otherwise known as an upsidedown exclamation mark)

I would really like to add three additional characters to the mappings: "is in
the set of" (merged "C" and "="), "is not in the set of" (merged "C" "=" and
"/"), and "is not equal to" (merged "=" and "/").

Any suggestions how I can add these compose sequences, or otherwise get the
characters available? Using Gnome if that's important.

Cheers,
Chris
