I have a Lexmark e120n printer on my router and I am finding it very
difficult to find CUPS for it even though the CUPS website says it has it.
Also how do I use a network printer in Linux, because I am not familiar with
the ipp settings.
I also want to receive my e-mails by pop3 and have them stored on my
computer and deleted from the e-mail site. I have 3 Linux distros and
Windows XP does anyone know how to create a sort of virtual server, so I
have the same e-mails no matter which OS I am in? If that made sense.

I would advise you read the lpadmin man page, it will show examples of how to connect to printer and how to use different post/ghostscript drivers
Also trying using the cups web interface if you having problems and constantly check you error logs for further info where your going wrong....
A mixture of the above will lead you to solving your problems.
Good luck
