thanks for the help.

i have been looking at how to format a cell
I am wanting a cell to automatically fill with 00:00 until someone puts 
a time so if they wanted 8am they could type 0800 and it would come up 
08:00 then auto go to next cell
as it has taken the full 4 digits I have looked at how others are 
formatted and tried the following to no avail
##:##  which is just a number
00:00[HH]:MM comes up with nothing
[HH]":"MM same as without quotes
[$00:00]##:## comes up with 00:00 then number
[$00:00][HH]:MM comes up with ###

any help?

also does anyone know how to link a cell to some information on a web 
page i.e share price? a bit like invest for the panel in gnome.
