Without looking at the rest of the ruleset and without more 
information I would say that there is a logging rule somewhere that 
is doing what it should do and telling you about activity over the 
network.  My own ruleset logs traffic that is friendly traffic as 
well as the nasty sort.  Can be a useful thing sometimes.  Depends 
what you want.
