That's fairly normal for routers to advertise themselves as DNS servers via
DHCP.  They then forward the requests on to the DNS servers the router picked
up via DHCP from your ISP.

Give your router a kick, as it's apparently not working correctly.  Either
it's picked up incorrect DNS servers from your ISP, or it's simply got its
knickers in a twist.
