[Wylug-help] Wylug-help Digest, Vol 44, Issue 1

My experience...

I have managed to get my laptop to work with projects once or twice.
(Ubuntu 7.10)

With one projector I had to plug it in (using the 'monitor' connector -
what ever that's called) and then boot up the machine, but the Alt-F4
didn't work to switch screens and I could only see it on the projector,
not on my laptop screen.

With a plasma screen I was able to just plug in and out and it seemed
fine (ok so that's not a projector!)

Not much help, but booting while connected did at least get it work.

Cheers
David
