Hi John,

This is the bit I don't understand too.  Usually you get this if you try to 
specify a route that that cannot be satisfied, e.g. by specifying a gateway 
that cannot be reached.

As I cannot test this without taking the site down I am a little restricted in 
what I can test, but I'm hoping to get an erly start on Monday and hopefully 
will be better able to document the problem.
