Hi,

Can anyone recommend a piece of free software to use for project
management? It's for a non-profit community housing development
(http://www.lilac.coop/) which is just emerging from the conceptual
phase into real planning.

Ideally I want something that I can install on a debian server to allow
remote access from multiple sites - either through a web interface or
with clients syncing to a central database. I want something that I can
administer myself, then write up my experience as a how-to for the
self-build community. Obviously there are some strong idealogical
similarities between free software and self-build housing and I hope to
strengthen that link.

All thoughts/suggestions welcome!
