[Wylug-help] network problem - home visit in Headingley?

Hi


I don't know anything about QNAP TS-109 NAS. But if windows can see it 
it is probably emulating a windows shared drive. If this is so, you 
should be able to mount it on a linux system with

mount -t cifs  <name of server>:<name of share> <mount point>
