Hi Anne,
Looks like you need a newer version of libstdc++
try an update (i'm not sure what the update system for Mandriva is.. or
take a look here
http://www.rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=libstdc%2B%2B-libc6.2-2.so.3
