Ubuntu has several. You can get a list of packages containing graphical
web browsers with:

  $ /usr/lib/command-not-found --ignore-installed x-www-browser

Of those, chromium-browser and konqueror are the most mainstream. If
you're a Gnome user, installing konqueror might also pull in a bunch of
KDE libraries you don't otherwise need.
