[Wylug-help] Slow Internet with Ubuntu 11.04 (Update about mtr results)

The results from mtr were satisfactory (no losses on 20 pings).
About 40 minutes later I tested again, this time with 200 (mtr -c 200 -r google.com)
No loss in the jump to the router (192.168.1.1), but from there on (a further 12 jumps) losses range between 83.5% and 92.5%.
I immediately tried the browser, sure enough http://www.google.com finally timed out.
Now (about an hour later) it's working again (I've done nothing, just waited with everything turned on, but not doing anything)
Conclusion (this time): my ISP was clogged up, and is now okay (for how long?).
