[Wylug-help] Editing a PDF without tools

I'm on holiday, and while I resent having to give serious time to
serious matters, I did feel that I should joing the effort to stop our
government backing industry over free standards.  However, I can't
print, scan, or use pdf editing software that I bought years ago, since
I have only an hotel-room connection.

Libre Office can read the pdf

but apparently I can't edit it direct, and I can't save it as a Writer
document, only as a Draw document.  Is there any way I can do this?

Of course I could always tell myself that you guys can do a better job
than I can :-) and go back to enjoying my holiday
