[Wylug-help] Mobile phone that gets Internet

Hi everybody...

I am considering getting a mobile phone that will receive the Internet.
I would also want to access my linux server for maintenance purposes.
I'm pretty sure that this is possible, but I don't know much about it.

Any advise would be appreciated.
