I have never used one personally, but four of our directors have iphone 4's.
They have problems with phone signal and usage. They have also *all* had to 
have their phones replaces at least once, most two or more times.

Apple do seem to be good at replacing the handsets, and this is a small 
sample, but al 100% (based on users) failure rate is poor.
