[Wylug-help] DHCP / dynamic DNS over a number of sites

Hi folks.

I've got three sites each with their own DNS and DHCP servers.  The DHCP 
servers are not connected, and updates to them are done using SCP to 
distribute new zone files.

I'm now looking to use dynamic DNS with updates from the DHCP servers. Can 
anyone point me to *simple* instructions on how to set this up, ideally so 
that updates from one DHCP server are visible on all three DNS servers

The emphasis here folks in on *simple* so I won't get lost. There are a lot of 
hits on Google but none of them simple
