[Wylug-help] Disaster recovery: how to use gpart properly

I can t restor my logical partition of Ubuntu 12.04 in an extended
partition with test disk and i red about gpart bit i Don t understood very
well how use it.
Van you explain me step by step how to restore a partition with it.

PS. I am italian and since trhree days i try to restor an important partion
and i Don t had any help in another forum.
I hope you will help me.
