[YLUG] yum MySQL Administrator repository on RHEL3 ...

Folks,

I worked out how to export a proxy server on RHEL3 but now I need a
MySQL Administrator repository server to install MySQL Administrator but
I can't find one. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
