Audio/video is good the way ahead... but text is far easier to search
still :-)

Not sure if people would be interested, but recently I've been involved
in meetings we have "minuted" collaboratively [1] using a program called
Gobby [2]. It's great, everyone with a laptop logged into the session
edits the document at the same time, so add the stuff you find useful,
and there is a chat at the bottom to discuss anything too.
