[YLUG] Parsable Rack Diagrams

Why helo thar,

I may well be booed off for asking this, but thought that someone might 
be able to contribute something of use.

I'm trying to get a *parsable* way of mapping the contents of a rack, 
and then be able to generate a diagram from this. I've encountered 
fengshui, which is a very limited implementation, which using basic XML 
to map the data and then libcairo/python to render an image. It's 
"okay", but it is very limited. I'm hoping someone has a slightly more 
developed solution

I'm not sleeping too well lately, so I am more than willing to admit 
what I'm describing may not be very easy to follow, so if you need any 
clarification.. I'll happily do so!
