[YLUG] Acces home from the campus

Maybe I am doing something wrong:

I am working at home,
I logon with a ssh to the campus (tunneling). And from their
I do:
telnet 82.3.203.106  22

Response is Trying 82.3.203.106  22

ping should works.
What if you try from your own machine ?
