[YLUG] BBC DRM, and a public consultation about it

As some of you may have read the BBC recently decided that they intend
to put some of their stuff online, but are intending to use Microsoft
DRM to 'manage' it.

they are doing a public consultation on the issue:

There are a lot of questions, but I don't think you have to fill them
all in - or you could (as I did) fill them in with just a sentence or
two.
