What about when YOU want to copy there files to another computer, or
when YOU want to view it on their iPod. What about when YOU want to
make a backup for saftey. Perhaps YOU want to parody it or use a
sample in another work?
Also, you are mixing Open Source with Free Software.

As I have stated, DRM doesn't cut losses because people will circumvent it.
DRM only makes it harder for the average user.
