[YLUG] VOIP as your main phone... feasible? Recommendations?

provu are local-ish...   you can buy from them, or through us.. 
pricing about the same.. or go google for something cheaper ;)

i've not actually used the 3102, so not sure whether it'll allow you to 
make a passive (non-powered) pstn call if you ain't got no mains..
