There's almost certainly 2 sockets on the dado trunking at the front. 
Every other room in that area has them.

You'll need to push ye-olde-dusty-chalke-boards up to the top to be able 
to find them.  They're probably not connected to anything at the other 
end though.  (The sockets, not the boards that is).
