Can't see anything offhand, but a quick google search reveals an "open"
(though I don't know what that means in licensing terms) C++ library for
dwf - which hardly strikes me as dismissing linux as a virus, more your
typical attempt at format lock-in - using that and $random_pdf_library,
it'd probably be a matter of a few hours to days,at most, to write a
converter. So register dwf2pdf on sourceforge and get cracking ;).
